HI, I'M CAITLIN.

I am the Assistant Director of Multimedia Communications at WSU Tech, where I focus on video production and digital storytelling. I discovered this work after realizing my strengths in communication and creativity needed more room to grow, which led me to earn my master’s degree and move fully into video.

 

I love mentoring newer creatives, building thoughtful systems, and producing stories that highlight the meaningful work happening across the college. My approach is intentional, detailed, and rooted in purpose.

 

I have been honored with the Wichita Business Journal’s Top Women in Marketing Award and WSU Tech’s Making a Difference Award. As I continue to grow in my craft and expand my creative range, I am always open to the next step in my journey and to opportunities that align with purposeful storytelling and meaningful work.

 

Outside of work, you will usually find me scuba diving with my husband or spending time with my family.
